Fall has officially arrived and to start off this lovely the season, I designed an early Fall tablescape with jewel tones and organic accents to enjoy a few of our favorite Fall dishes at. This table design is also something I’ll be tagging for my Thanksgiving table next year – I’m loving the rich colors!
After a long, wonderful summer of whites and sandy tones, the start of Fall is always an exciting transition of colors and textures, and I designed this table with the changing leaves of the season as my inspiration for the final design.
The place settings started with a richly colored feather placemat from Two’s Company I found on Wayfair, added teal chargers from a great brand called Saro Lifestyles you can find on Amazon, then paired with my favorite dinner plates and finished with some lovely accents salad plates from Juliska to add color and that organic vibe I was going for.
As is almost always the case, the right floral arrangment can make a table come to life. I have an easy “How To” for this beautiful arrangement if you’d like to see how it came together here. I also used mini faux olive trees as bookends for additional greenery.
Once the main pieces of the table came together, I added what I call “the extras” to make each place setting fun and full of color and texture. Glass acorns, burgundy leaf accent plates and eucalptus stems in bronzed julep cups added organic accents to tie into the table’s theme and color palette.
Finishing touches were mix and match stemware, beautiful flatware in matte silver with gold accents, and the same patterned napkin from Juliska as the salad plates in a bronze leaf napkin ring.
Dinner plans at this lovey table will be my sweet potato chili and cornbread muffins! I hope you found some fun and easy ideas for your next Fall holiday table design. I know I’ve got this gorgeous color scheme already earmarked for my Thanksgiving table next year! Until next time, Cheers!
